voraus EtherCAT Master

The voraus EtherCAT Master is an easy to use and flexible EtherCAT Master.

Features

• ENI files: The master works with EtherCAT Network Information (ENI) files that describe the network.

• OPC UA Server: Information about the EtherCAT devices are published on an OPC UA server. The OPC UA server can also be used to read and write PDOs.

• Real-Time Port: PDOs, status and control commands are also available on voraus Real-Time Ports for real-time applications, see Real-Time Port Configuration and the Real-Time Port documentation.

• Python interface: The voraus EtherCAT Python Client reads and writes PDOs and controls the master from Python.

• Docker: This application is published as a docker image.
